10月7日上午8时38分许，广州地铁4号线上一名六旬老人与28岁教师为争座位互殴。男教师头部、手臂布满血迹，耳朵被咬破一块，老人鼻部受击流血，车厢地板上血迹斑斑。两人被警方教育后释放。
视频中可以看见，六旬老人按住28岁教师撕咬。其中画面更显示，老人一度抬起“血脸”，之后继续咬男青年，相当恐怖！
