Boy proposes, girl disposes

Love makes you do silly things. And love hurts! No, not just the knees, as this man found out, his head also.

And oh yeah, if you are considering proposing to your beloved, you might want to see this video before you get down on one knee.

This man, described as an Indian teen, was obviously so in love with the girl that he decided to make his affection for her public and propose to her in front of a mall full of people!

After a cheesy speech where he describes how they met and how she is his everything, he gets down on one knee to propose to his lady love. BUT before he can actually say the words, he gets his lights switched off by the girl as she wallops him on one on the head with a ukulele. (SCROLL DOWN TO SEE THE VIDEO)

The man begins his speech saying, "I have a very special message for a very special girl. This is where we met three months ago."

"You are my charm, you are my sweety pie, you are my cutie pie, my absolute everything, and I know you find this cheesy (he knows its cheesy, but still goes on!) but I want everyone to know, you make me really happy." The embarrassed girl mutters 'Oh my god everyone's watching'."

The girl, who's recording the video also has her own comments to make about the whole situation. She thinks it's quite cute and lovey-dovey what the man is doing.

Not done with the cheesy stuff, the man goes on to recite a poem to his lady love: "I have a little poem for you and I want everyone to hear this: When you smile, the whole world stops and stares for a while. And my heart ceases to beat and there is nothing else I seek except you."

As he gets down on one knee the girl begs him to stop but he continues: "And I have just one question for you. You truly make me that happiest person on earth."

That's where the girl who was earlier standing still, presumably in shock, comes into action, snatches a ukulele from a busker (def: a person who entertains people for money in public places (as by singing or dancing), usually while asking for money.) and gives him a round one across the head. She then throws the ukulele to the floor and walks off. The man, meanwhile, is sitting on the floor wondering "who turned the lights off?"
