I honestly feel that every person in the media that has the priceless PRIVILEGE of ranking our college football teams, should be banned and expelled from ever ranking again.
Answer me this: How on earth, does OU move up in rankings, jumping TEXAS by more than 5 spots? OU lost two weeks ago to an un-ranked team, while Texas loses a nailbiter to the Heisman front-runner and now #5 team in the country. How does OU's loss, gain more respect over Texas's more evenly matched shootout.
I'll answer for me: You think it's coincidence that this weekend is TX-OU weekend, and yep, the media LOOOVVVEEESSS to ride OU's "you know what" no matter how shitty they are. ESPN loves to pick OU and Hype them up before the Red River Shootout. OU started off #4 in pre-season, lost, dropped to #18 and now they are back in the Top 10??? WTF They haven't accomplished anything over anybody to give them credibility.
The system is rigged and the media is number one to blame!
The only rankings should be handled by coaches and fans!
That's it! NO computers and NO media involvment!
