A disgruntled worker killed one man and wounded nine others in a morning shooting spree on Aug. 24, 2012 on the crowded sidewalks outside the Empire State Building, cops and witnesses said. Jeffrey Johnson, 53, wearing a business suit and carrying a briefcase, pumped a pair of fatal bullets into his ex-boss near the 33rd St. entrance to the skyscraper.
