Crime in Faridabad is raising its head with every passing day and today a kidnap attempt was made on a young girl at Sector 8 Faridabad . A kidnap attempt was made today on a student, Ritvika Tomar of class 4 of Faridabad’s Modern DPS as she got down of her school bus at the intersection of Sector 8, 9, 10 in Faridabad.
The student’s mother Shalini Tomar was at the bus stop on a scooty with her younger son to take her home. Ritvika was walking on the side of the road while her mother was driving the scooty with her son riding with her.
Suddenly men tried to drag Ritvika into a parked Innova with a taxi number. Ritvika screamed and shouted when the kidnappers were trying to snatch her into Innova. Shalini Tomar left the scooty and ran towards the men and got into a physical fight with the kidnappers. While the mother has been injured and is nursing injuries in hands and feet she very bravely saved her child. The kidnappers ran away in the Innova. Ritvika’s father is Rahul Tomar who is a manager in a private firm.
